What Services Do We Provide?

Our After-Sales Service (A/S) covers electronic devices purchased from our store or elsewhere.

  • Warranty Period:

    • New Products: 12 months from the purchase date.

    • Used Products: 1 week from the purchase date.

Before submitting an A/S request, please review the service warranty contract provided with your purchase.


Mobile Phones After-Sales Service

1. Screen, Display, and Battery Issues

  • Common Problems: Broken screens, display malfunctions, battery drainage, or charging issues.

  • Solutions: Partial or full device replacement based on the official store’s policy.

  • Guidance:

    • Check your warranty policy for eligibility.

    • Contact us for authorized repairs and avoid unauthorized service providers.

2. Software Issues

  • Common Problems: Slow performance, system bugs, connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or mobile network).

  • Solutions: Software updates, factory reset, or hardware repairs as needed.

  • Guidance:

    • Ensure your phone’s software is up-to-date to prevent bugs.

    • Severe issues may require an operating system reinstallation by a technician.


Laptops After-Sales Service

1. Hardware Issues

  • Common Problems: Battery problems, overheating, display issues, keyboard, and trackpad malfunctions.

  • Solutions: Partial or full device replacement based on the official store’s policy.

  • Guidance:

    • Avoid spills, crumbs, and using the laptop while charging to protect components.

2. Software and Operating System Issues

  • Common Problems: System crashes, operating system failures, or virus infections.

  • Solutions: Operating system resets, reinstallation, or virus removal.

  • Guidance:

    • Install antivirus software.

    • Avoid downloading untrusted programs to keep your system safe.

Tip: Services are also available for external customers. Note that repairs are limited to certain device models and brands.
