
Residency Period Requirement for Installment Service
Residency period must exceed the installment period by at least 3 months.Example: A 4-month installment plan requires a residency period of at least 7 months.
If the residency period on the ID card is insufficient, supporting documents for possible extensions can be attached.
E9 Visa: Total residency period is 4 years and 10 months.
D2 Visa: Undergraduate students must have less than 4 years remaining; master's students must have less than 3 semesters remaining.
D4 Visa: If below Level 3 or lacking proof of enrollment, the same supporting documents must be submitted.
Payment Terms and Interest
The total purchase price, including applicable taxes and fees, is divided into equal monthly payments over the agreed term.
Available installment terms: 2, 3, or 4 months.
Customers must pay the first installment upfront.
Interest rates vary based on the installment term.
Document Checklist
Certification Photo: Customer's face (unmasked) holding a handwritten note including: purchase date, product model, name, down payment, monthly installment amount, and signature.
Residence Card: Front and back (HiKorea verification required).
Bank Account Information: Korean Won account only; foreign currency, savings, or housing subscription accounts are excluded.
Proof of Enrollment/Employment Certificate or Standard Employment Contract: Must specify contract dates (including the back of the document).
Passport: HiKorea verification required.
GAT Installment Contract
If employment documents are unavailable, provide one of the following:
Recent 3 months’ salary statements (must display company name, representative name, and employee information).
EPS app verification.
For D2 and D4 visa holders without proof of enrollment, provide one of the following:
Admission certificate
University acceptance letter
School tuition payment confirmation
