  • Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, item type, weight, and shipping method (air cargo or sea cargo).

  • There may also be insurance fees for specific items, and customers are responsible for the insurance.


2. Delivery Process

  • Mobile devices are shipped with protective packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

  • Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method: sea cargo (30 to 45 days) and air cargo (10 to 15 days), depending on each country.

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that items in their order comply with the destination country’s laws.

  • The recipient is responsible for providing any necessary documentation or information requested by customs authorities.


3. Liability and Terms Changes

  • Our company is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier issues, or natural disasters.

  • For returns and refunds, the device must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.

  • The buyer must cover return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Return requests due to customs clearance issues or non-payment of duties are not eligible for refunds.

  • GAT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.


4. Warranty and Support
